Order Processing Time

 

• Standard Processing: All orders are processed, verified, and shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

• Custom/Pre-Order Items: Items noted as custom or pre-order on the product page will have an extended processing time of 2-4 weeks before shipment.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The estimated delivery time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

 

UNKNOWN FORTY-NINE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages and Lost Packages

 

• Damaged Goods: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• Lost/Stolen Packages: UNKNOWN FORTY-NINE is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the carrier first.
